Cleanliness of the facility. The staff are with the dogs all day.
Your staff is fabulous. I get the impression they really like all their little furry friends who get dropped off each day. Everyone is very friendly and I can tell they make every effort, scrambling about, to get the dogs in and out as quickly as possible.
I was very impressed that they were able to conduct business on the day the entire neighborhood lost power. That had to be uncomfortable for staff. I’m sure the dogs didn’t care about lighting.

Very friendly staff! I love that they all know Huey (and his quirks) and love him anyways. They are so welcoming and engaging and make you feel like they really care about your dog and making sure they have the best day ever!
We took our dog to another doggy daycare. There was no transparency. They said he had behavior issues. I have no idea if he was in a cage all or most of day or if it was just once in a while. I wanted my dog to be better, so I asked them if they could recommend or talk to a dog trainer for recommendations. I asked if somehow my trainer could see the behavior or visit. They then told me to take my dog elsewhere. What was the trainer going to see?!
I have toured Dogtopia. I can see on cameras exactly how my dog is behaving. And now, with constant reinforcement of good behaviors, I can see him improving! It’s like I have a new dog!
Everything. You get what you paid for. Isn’t cheap, but it is good and convenient.
Honestly, your staff is the best part of the experience. It’s incredible how they remember every dog’s name and I can tell by my dog’s reaction when he arrives every morning that he is treated with love!
My dog ADORES his trainers. That’s all I could possibly hope and ask for, because they care for him and I don’t question it. He’s excited to go every day, people always answer my questions, and he’s well cared for.
The caring and professionalism of the entire staff. The fact that I can check on my dog via the web cams and the ease of scheduling.
