Staff is always friendly. I know that my dog is in good hands.

Your facility can’t accommodate it but access to outdoors would be a great feature.

Everything! I love how clean the facility is, and I LOVE the special treats, bubble days, and photo shoots so much.

Most importantly, everyone is so friendly! Every time I walk in with my dog, I feel like he is so loved by everyone and cared for. It makes me so much more comfortable leaving him in their care. Whenever I call with questions, the staff are kind and patient. They even check on us if we haven’t come to daycare in a while to make sure everyone is okay.

I love the friendly staff who cares for the dogs, I love the convenient hours, the fun rooms for each size of dogs!

My dogs enjoy their time at Dogtopia and I know they are well cared for! I love that I can see them on the webcam enjoying their playdate. Whenever we drop-off/pick-up, the staff is always so kind, caring and happy to see the dogs. I also like the ability to schedule daycare/boarding directly from the portal/website and upload vaccination updates. I always get a timely response to my portal inquiries. Great with the dogs and great customer service!

The transparency has been so great. It’s not easy for us to board our pup, but the constant updates throughout the day, cameras and report cards give us peace of mind that our pup is having a blast!

The facility is clean & well-maintained and the initial tour was nice. The only thing I would love to see is more outdoor space/time for the dogs. Ours loves the fresh air & sun!

Staff is always happy to see Willow and she is excited going there. They also call me if she’s having a problem (allergies) They are also very accommodating to my schedule. I highly recommend them. It keeps Willow well rounded and teaches her to interact with other dogs. ❤️❤️
