First, you love dogs! Every staff member was extremely helpful and answered all questions we had. We only participated in the Meet and Greet, but so far, A+!!

The drop off and pick up process can take some time depending on the days staffing.
I have only used your nail trimming service. All of the personal I have encountered the few times I have used the service have been very nice and helpful. My dog does fine when getting his nails trimmed here.
