Clean facility, friendly staff, convenient location, fun and happy atmosphere.
Everyone was very friendly and personable. I really appreciated the small details like the welcome sign.
Friendly staff, transparency in pet care from staff (via cameras), and clean environment. My pup always comes back clean despite playing 6 hours or more with other big dogs. He loves going to daycare and comes out tired and happy.

Positive attitude of the staff that I have experienced. Obvious concern for the well being of the dogs. Customer service is getting better every day (I assume training new staff). My dogs seem to really like it there.

I like that I can peek in on my dog to see how things are going. I appreciate the staff seems to watch the dogs for differences in play and mood. The location is convenient! And I like that we can bring our dog for half days.
