The only thing, which could make it better is potty breaks but taken outside. Perhaps adding a training session to correct bad behavior would be great ( of course owner pays).

Everything! Every member of the staff is delightful, efficient, and accommodating, and I love that they adore my pup as much as I do. Speaking of my pup, she demands Dogtopia time every single day. So she would give a 10/10 too no doubt.

Every staff member I’ve met has been friendly, enthusiastic, reassuring, and helpful.

I loved the personalized greeting on the lobby sandwich board and how patient and sensitive canine coaches were with my puppy. This is a new experience for him & they did a great job of informing me what to expect and letting me know I could check in via webcam.

Receiving a text message with photo of my fog was a nice touch, as was the Report Card.

Love the hours and weekend availability.
