The staff is nice and very patient when explaining everything!
The staff here is so warm, friendly and professional! The facility is always clean. Whenever I have a question or concern, the staff is quick to respond.
First, the employees are wonderful. Attentive, kind, and compassionate…my pup can be shy at first but they totally worked with him and now he has such a good time at Dogtopia. Also, I love that there are cameras in the play rooms so I can procrastinate at work and watch my pup! I appreciate the various packages for daycare, and the option to go to multiple locations for the unlimited plans is so convenient for me. My only complaint is the 30-day notice to cancel a plan. My schedule is too unpredictable to know a month in advance if I’ll be out of town for a week, or if I need to change up my work location. Otherwise, a fantastic establishment and I look forward to using them again in the future.

Very friendly and helpful people. My dog is kinda high strung but he needs this socialization. I appreciate they have so many hours of free play to roam and hang out and not in a crate most of the day.
