The people are lovely, calm and knowledgeable. The Meet and Greet is very well designed and has the safety and happiness of all pups and owners in mind. Having the video is a wonderful plus because it is important to see and know that our dogs are happy. The employees seem very gentle and caring and skilled as they work in the rooms with the dogs. The assessment was very honest and helped us understand what concerns might occur with our energetic terrier down the line.
Great staff- felt like Huck was well taken care of.

Pipe badly needed a bath from weeks running in the SW. She looks terrific.
How everyone that works there remembers my dogs name. They also texted me about timing of a bath and that made me feel like they care.

The staff is fantastically friendly and deeply care for the dogs! They’re on top of vaccination and report any illnesses to dog owners to keep all of the dogs safe.

Dogtopia staff are so friendly! They greet my dog by name and are so gentle with my shy girl.
