I love the ease in scheduling daycare. Additionally, having hte webcams is great. I can watch my pup and she if she is having a good or bad day. We LOVE Canine Coach Lucy. Lucy is the bestest at making my “shy at first” girl feel welcome and loved. She is convinced that she is Lucy’s assistant. All the staff members are welcoming and great to deal with. I also like that when I need grooming services, I don’t have to make an extra stop. She can get the grooming services while at daycare.

Very friendly and helpful staff. My dog loves being there and loves everyone there.

Used to get told if there was a special event/treat that day whenever I dropped off my dog but that doesn’t happen anymore.

Events also used to get posted on the app but that doesn’t happen anymore so you with have to take a picture of the written calendar on the glass window or take a print out, both of which are less convenient.

I’ve also signed up for a photo party where the pictures didn’t get posted until I reached out.

I’ve also paid for a craft before that wasn’t done with my dog. When I reached out I was told that they’d do the craft with my dog the next time he went in but it never happened (I’m pretty sure I was charged for it, too).

However, the individual workers are great, treat the dogs exceptionally well and I always feel great knowing that Ronan is being very well taken care of. They genuinely care and give individual attention to dogs and befriend them. The folks who do grooming are also fantastic, especially with my very anxious/shy dog.

Overall, communication and consistency for add-ons has gone down a lot in the last year or so. It’s a bummer and has kept me from re-signing up for a monthly daycare plan.

Not only is there great, safe playtime, but on-site grooming.

That you accept mixed breed dogs when no other day care or play groups will.
Your staff is amazing. The staff keeps the areas clean and smells great.
Rocky went there for his first full day and did great.
