Everyone is so friendly. We had not taken our 3 dogs to Dogtopia for several months and when I went by myself to book the boarding appointment for the holidays, the staff knew exactly who I was by name and the names of my dogs. You do not get that level of customer service anywhere else!
Great meet and greet experience. Patient with questions, visibility of activities with our dog, and report on his behavior. Appreciate the attention and support given to welcome him. Love having the immediate access to video to see our dog throughout the day.
My dog likes your place. I think your prices are a little high compared to other places, but you are convenient.
