Front desk people who take care of the booking and account details, and who are friendly greeters. Most of the dog caregivers seem to really enjoy dogs. Dogtopia is there when you need it, and I can usually get a spot for my dogs with a couple days notice. So that convenience is a huge help.
The staff are great. I like that the dogs are well screened, & they are supervised. It’s nice to be able to see him on the video camera. Benji likes it there and I know he is well taken care of. Thank you,
