The staff at Purcellville Dogtopia are so sweet and friendly! I brought my dog Nova (a 1 year old golden retriever) in for a meet and greet. I am very particular about where I leave her as she has many food allergies and can sometimes be a little shy. The staff made us both feel welcome and me feel more comfortable leaving her there. They are very knowledgeable and were very patient with answering my questions. We can’t wait to be back!

I can go out with friends, to appointments, shop without worrying about my dog or feeling like I need to rush home. The hours are perfect for me and the drop off/pick up is easy. The staff appear happy and caring.

Staff is personable, facility is clean, staff looks like they enjoy working, dogs are appropriately overseen, dog enjoys being there.

The people are the best. I’ve told multiple dog owners about your business.

In addition to the super nice staff and clean facility, I love how caring everyone is. We had to unexpectedly board our Frenchie after recently losing our Boston. I could see how sad he appeared on the camera (not socializing with the other dogs as he typically does), but the attendant made sure to pay him extra attention and encourage him to interact, and by day 2 he was right back in the middle of things.
