Suggestions:
– while having dogs in a indoor space is ideal, dogs often smell of urine due to laying on floor even though staff clean floor when they notice a dog has urinated etc. Dogs should be wiped thoroughly when picjed up. It’s not practical and drying on dogs skin to bathe them frequently.

I like that there are people in the room with the dogs at all times. I like that the climate is controlled and they have mats to walk on. I also like that you can look in on them throughout the day on the webcams.

I feel confident that my pet is well cared for. Everyone is friendly and genuinely love dogs.

The staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. They asked good questions and listened well to what we had to say. They have a good system in place to manage the flow of people and dogs. The fact that the dogs are introduced slowly then in the same space with the same dogs all day likely helps them feel comfortable and confident. Having the cameras to watch the dogs is an amazing perk!

I wish your prices were lower. Our dog loves going to you guys but we only enrolled her for the summer special because it was a really good price.

We love the fun theme days, the staff, the livestream, and most of all that my dog – who never loves to go anywhere without us – loves to go.
