The interaction of the staff with the dogs
Everything! The staff, the positive attention to the dogs, the games and so on.I can’t say enough about Dogtopia at the Shire. Can I come work there? Lol.
We like that Bear loves going to your facility. It is very clean. Never smells. The staff is very friendly. And most of all with the cameras, we can see Bear anytime.
Friendly, small & large dogs are separated. Video available during play times. Can get dogs bathed at end of stay, as an option.
Love the “girls’ uo front. So sweet, professional and makes you feel like family. I trust the staff with my baby. I love everything!
Friendly and really cares about the dogs. The activity events gives the dogs and dog parents something to look forward to. The best thing is how excited the front lobby is whenever a dog walks in. Every dog is greeted by their name.
The Team at Dogtopia at The Shire is always friendly and professional. I feel safe sending my dog there for daycare and boarding.
