EVERYONE has been amazing it is obvious they love the dogs, and my fur baby loves to go. The humans have been so wonderfully helpful and so gracious about helping me. I have taken my baby to two other daycare and boarding places. Never again! Thank you so very much!
I think you need to do a better job of keeping track of the dogs. Once you take off all their collars, etc. it’s easy to get them confused….last time you sent the wrong dog home with me, and I had to bring her back and get my dog. I know I also need to watch more carefully, but I had two dogs and was trying to juggle things…the wrong dog was similar in looks to mine, but was wearing my dog’s collar and leash when you brought her out, so didn’t fully notice till I got home. This made me a little nervous….

The whole staff are amazing – my pup has become such a good boy from socializing with other dogs and he LOVES all the staff!!
Cannot say enough about the crew at Dogtopia The Shire
First, customer service is amazing. Every employee that I’ve met has been genuinely friendly and kind.
Second, the facility. It is so clean. It never smells like poop indoors or outdoors. The rooms and outdoor areas are always clean and free of water or pet waste. My dog never comes home smelling.
Third. Is how happy my dog is there. He hasn’t had any injuries or incidents.
Fourth. Is the activity calendar. I just love it! It’s a nice touch and the photographers are so good.
Don’t need to schedule an appointment for little things just walk in! They are fast and efficient

Loved everything about this experience. They took amazing care of our babies. I liked that we were able to watch them via the Dogtopia app. This made us more at ease about being away from our girls. We will definitely seek out this facility for future occasions.
