So friendly! Very kind to my dog Harper. I’ve recommended Dogtopia at The Shire to fellow dog owners.

My dogs are happy and exhausted when I bring them home! I appreciate that we can check in on them through the cameras, and have them groomed before we pick them up. When we pull up to the building, my dogs know where we are and get so excited. I also appreciate that we can leave a blanket and their toys with them for their stay, so they have a piece of home with them while they’re boarded.

Clean and super service

I had previously for 30 years taken my dogs to a wonderful groomer. However, he retired. My dog is now a senior and I was greatly concerned about taking him to a new groomer. I met several employees of Dogtopia at an art event in Richardson and was impressed by their kindness during our meeting. I decided to visit the facility first and was indeed happy to see such a friendly and helpful group including the manager, Frank and Caesar who I also met. This facility has everything for your dog…grooming, boarding, training, etc. So, I decided to take my dog for a grooming after meeting the groomer, Louis. I was so pleased that the grooming was perfect and my dog, Fritz, looked so happy and handsome! All my concerns vanished. Louis treats my senior so carefully and does an excellent grooming job and Fritz goes quickly to Caesar, who also assists Louis, when we arrive each time. I have returned every month and am indeed grateful to have found Dogtopia and the caring staff for my beloved pet! Frank, manager, and the staff are supportive also of my rescue group and have offered to assist with adoptions in any way possible. This is going above and beyond in my opinion and shows how much this staff is devoted to helping animals!

I’ve only been using Dogtopia for a couple weeks now, but could not be more pleased. Every staff member that I have interacted with has been wonderful, calm, knowledgeable, friendly. My pup comes away so peaceful-happy. Most importantly, I leave knowing that my pup is safe on so many levels.

It’s easy to drop off/pick up my dog and i like the live video footage available. My dog seems to have a great time and waits at the door to head out to Dogtopia on weekday mornings

We started taking Zeus to Dogtopia when they opened. I cannot say enough good things about Dogtopia. They are so welcoming from the second we walk in the door. Zeus is so excited to go and play with his friends and I can’t imagine taking him anywhere else.

Everyone was super friendly and reassuring!
