Friendly, engagined in the humans and the dogs. Great grooming service, and very organized.
The groomer was very friendly on the phone when I set up the appointment. Everything is very clean and professional. I enjoyed seeing the daycare dogs on the monitors. Is there a monitor for the grooming?

The staff is engaged and friendly. They really know my shy little dog. When I watch on the in room cameras, I see the staff actually playing with the dogs. Everything is so clean and safe. This is the most wonderful doggy daycare I’ve ever used!

The people, the process and the site. The staff are so accommodating. Frank and team are always so helpful. It is hard to leave my wee lad. It has just been the two of us since he was born.
Friendly customer service, my dogs get excited to come and come home exhausted.
#1. The Staff. Everyone of them are positive. They seem to like their jobs. They treat the dogs with care and love. #2. The activities. The staff has interaction with the dogs. Throwing a ball. Picking them up and petting them. #3. The place is clean. You walk in and it smells fresh. Not perfuming. Not Pinesol. Not bleach. #4 Camera’s so you can visit your pet.
And most of all. Bear can’t wait to get there. He loves it. He shakes all over with excitement when we turn the corner. He never looks back at us, it’s let me back there so I can be with my friends. Over all #1 in our books.
The staff is always helpful and friendly and our dog is well taken care of.
