Same day service, fast (my dog was there for 2hrs for bath/nail trim) and affordable.
They genuinely took interest in my pup and wanted to make him feel less anxious and more comfortable!
My dogs seem happy to go and to be there. The staff is also very friendly and seems legitimately happy to be there (as much as someone can be happy to be at work).
Very friendly and welcoming staff. My dog and I were welcomed with open arms before we even walked in the door. The facility is so nice and well kept, super clean. All around a safe and really fun environment for my dog! We are so happy to be a part of the dogtopia family now!

Everything. I love that I don’t see the coaches on their phones. Ever. And that they pet and hold the pups. I like that they clean up right away when there is a mess and I love that there are activities for the pups to keep them physically and mentally stimulated. The staff is great and you can tell that they really do like their job. I’m glad Skylar and I found Dogtopia at Cityline Richardson.

The groomer was very friendly on the phone when I set up the appointment. Everything is very clean and professional. I enjoyed seeing the daycare dogs on the monitors. Is there a monitor for the grooming?
