Your prices are really high compared to the competition. The last place that I went to for daycare was $10/day. Your facilities are a lot nicer, but I am coming because of the location.
With regards to grooming, I am not happy with the job that you do on my dog’s nails. Everything else is great.

The required meet and greet was a surprise given that grooming was my main interest, but now I understand why it’s first on your list. The entire process so far has been great.
Very friendly staff. They are very kind and patient with my 2 yr old puppy. Easy to get my dog in for grooming. They get my dog groomed in a very efficient & timely manner. The prices are less expensive than Petco. I highly recommend Dogtopia.

Everything! The staff, the positive attention to the dogs, the games and so on.I can’t say enough about Dogtopia at the Shire. Can I come work there? Lol.
We like that Bear loves going to your facility. It is very clean. Never smells. The staff is very friendly. And most of all with the cameras, we can see Bear anytime.
