The staff cares and seem to like their jobs. Jewel comes home exhausted.

It was my first time and everyone was very welcoming and your place looked clean and organized. My doggy was happy when I picked him up and his grooming was just as I had specified. Will be bringing him back for his regular groomings.

Staff was well trained in handling and caring for animals.
Environment was happy and calm!
I never worried about the care my dog would receive.
This is the only place he was happy to go to – he would run to the door each drop off and was always happily playing on camera when viewed during the day. He never came home dirty or smelly.
