Dogs are not crated all day. My dogs are treated well.

I like that there is both indoor and outdoor space. And the hours are great, and I like how the different rooms are set up for different dog activity levels. And the staff is great. My dog really likes it there.
The fact that all of the staff truly love and care for the dogs is very apparent. It shows every day that we drop off our Pittie and she gets so excited to be greeted by any of the staff members. She comes home happy and content.
