There is continual care and only crating at night time. The dogs are active and engaged. The staff is friendly and helpful at all times. The facility is clean and we are able to see our puppy via video during the day.
We love how the staff love our pup, and knows about pups likes and dislikes. Our pup has made so many friends there.

Pricing is an issue. The staff need more training. The manager knows how to charge for boarding with a pass, but I always have to go over every detail to insure I am charged correctly. Every employee seems to do it differently. I just got back from a vacation and again was charged for too many days on the pass. Weekends are supposed to be 1/2 days for each dog on the pass. I’m always charged a full day
