Pricing is an issue. The staff need more training. The manager knows how to charge for boarding with a pass, but I always have to go over every detail to insure I am charged correctly. Every employee seems to do it differently. I just got back from a vacation and again was charged for too many days on the pass. Weekends are supposed to be 1/2 days for each dog on the pass. I’m always charged a full day

All staff treat your pet as if it was their own. My pup LOVES them all. It is hard to get him to eat before drop off as he is waiting by door with his leash. I get a little envious at how anxious he is to go but it let’s me know he loves it at Dogtopia of Chesterfield. And I love the treat calendar with goodies for my pup and photos of all the playmates they have. I love that they keep me updated on what my pup needs shots wise. Any questions I have is always answered and I can leave him knowing he is is loving hands- many of them. Oh I love that I can see him on their webcams. That’s important too
