The staff is excellent

Take my dog outside. She doesn’t pee & poop inside of the building. She likes to relieve herself outside. They never take the dogs out. They just walk around & let the dogs follow them inside the whole day. They don’t play or interact much with the dogs. Please stop keeping my dog inside the whole day. She needs potty breaks.

My puppy comes home covered in pee and stinking. Her fur is stiff from the urine. I’m not sure how this is happening.
My puppy has been given extra treats with out my go ahead. When I’ve tried to ask about setting up approved treats, I’m being rushed so much I am unable to even set it up.
I want to be able to see my puppy in the create area, see if this is where the urine issue is coming from or is the constant peeing in the play room( by her and other pups)
The area they play in, not having potty time to reduce the amount of urine and poop the dogs are producing and walking through- they need toileting schedules

We love the staff, and feel like Fergus is truly cared for the second he walks into the door! He is always so excited to be dropped off and play with his friends. We love Dogtopia!

Employees very playful with my dogs.seem to genuinely like dogs! I like that we can just drop off for daycare. No appointment needed.

Everyone I’ve interacted with at the Short Pump location has been exceptionally nice and seemed to genuinely care about the dogs and enjoy their jobs. For something not specific to the Short Pump location I’d have to say the web cams and three free daycare days are huge. We didn’t even know about the three free days before taking her in for the meet and greet but it definitely made the decision for us to give it a try. She’s loved her first two days and I’ve seen her enjoying the third on the webcam!
