More interaction with dogs in gym- when I look on webcam it appears that 1 or 2 dogs get petted by staff but others do not even when it’s obvious they are looking for interaction- not talking about just my dog either. We are hesitant to leave ours overnight as he does like human interaction and I wouldn’t want him to go 24-48 hours with no one giving him a pat or scratch etc..

Friendliness of staff, to both canines and their humans; supervised and clean play areas

Not a knock against you guys, but you may love my dog too much. I had her stay over and asked for a brush out and her nails cut and you didn’t because during your multiple attempts Zira cried like you were trying to murder her. (Which by the way she does, she’s freaked out many a groomer). Other than that I love you guys and so does Zira. Have no problem taking her back. You always take good care of her.

The staff were very friendly and gave me feedback on my dog’s day. I like being able to check in on the cameras.

I love everything about Dogtopia! I love that I can drop my pooch off and not worry! I trust this staff like crazy! Never had to question anything! Love love love them! So does my pooch!

Love the ease of drop off and pick up without a reservation. Love how everyone greets my dog and he loves to go there!

The people are great and my dog loves going! He is worn out when he comes home and his behavior is wonderful!

Friendly staff. Dogs are treated personally. Maybe a bit too many dogs on the toy box at times.
