Your staff members are courteous, helpful and truly care about the dogs enrolled there. The facility is very clean and your staff does a good job of following up when we have questions. Your staff also does an excellent job of communicating is email with clients.
Our dog is very happy when we pick her up, so we know that she enjoys going to Dogtopua and, most importantly, that she feels safe. I have recommended Dogtopia Short Pump to others seeking good, reliable doggie daycare.

My pup Milo is always so excited when he figures out we’re going to daycare and is happy to see everyone when he gets there. That tells me he has a great time and is well taken care of. And I love that he also now goes by Big Toes at daycare
