They have been great at the short pump location. It’s nice to see my shy dog warming up to people she has never met.
The staff is always cheerful, helpful, and our pup is always excited to go for daycare!

I love everything about Dogtopia Short Pump but but needs to be highlighted the most are the employees! All of the employees are so friendly and go above and beyond for all the dogs. You can tell how much they love the dogs and take care of them as if they were their own. I have recommended this place to many friends and I 100% trust them to take care of my dog like I would! This is also the cleanest facility I have used and they take care of clean it everyday, some times more than once!
Jax is always so excited to go! He wags his tail as soon as we turn in the shopping center! He is tired when he gets home too!!
Eddie can’t wait to get out of the car and into the Lounge. The staff all know not only the dog’s names, but also our names. Super friendly.
