The services are convenient and provide socialization and exercise for my dog. The Staff members are all very nice, caring, and have an excellent work ethic. My dog is always by my side, but she readily goes in for doggie daycare at DogTopia. She loves it there and always greets the Staff. I find services very reasonable. I can’t think of anything they could change that would make me happier than I already am. That’s the truth.

The people who take care of my dog

The staff are so welcoming and they really love the dogs like they are their own! We’ve been bringing Dotty there since she was about 6 months old and we absolutely love it!

I love that I can watch my dog on camera and she is always excited when I drop her off.

Convenience of drop in daycare. Staff are friendly and know my dog when we arrive. Easy to book services like baths and nail trims.

The staff. I have never been in an establishment where each person has such amazing customer service skills as the team member at Dogtopia. They even spread positivity walking into work at the crack of dawn. You have a really great team.

Very friendly staff and my dog is always excited to be dropped off at the Short Pump location. Also, reasonable pricing, and fun extras available for the dogs like pictures and special treats.

First, Dogtopia takes steps to ensure safety through requiring up to date immunizations, evaluating dogs’ behavior before accepting them for service, and monitoring free play continuously.
Second, the indoor play space is especially welcome during rain, snow, and e tremendous temperatures.
Third, and obviously almost as important as #1, the folks who work there love dogs and my dog loves to go there.
