It your people. They are always happy and smiling. You can tell the moment you walk in the store that these people love their job. In todays workplace this kind of happiness is so missing. Customer service is horrible, no one is happy. Dogtopia of Short Pump is fantastic! My dog Beau loves going there. He starts going crazy the moment we pull into the parking lot. Great Job!
