The staff are so obviously dog people! They go the extra mile to really care for our dogs. We absolutely love the staff ❤️Our pups a CANNOT WAIT to get to “school”! The building is clean, bright and welcoming. Great communication from the staff about our pups, in every situation. I can’t begin to say how satisfied we are with Dogtopia Short Pump!
Everyone is super friendly and communicative, the registration process was very easy, and my dog always comes home so happy and tired. We love dogtopia!

Every staff member knows my dog’s name when he walks in the door. He returns home tired and content. He’s always clean and the staff can tell me how his day went.
I like the opportunity to play with other dogs, friendliness of the staff, the AC, the care about up to date shots, the groupings of similar dogs, and the break from group play. Convenient number of services.
I’d like to get more concrete info on my dog’s issues or attitude rather than just “great.” I don’t know if there is any structure to the day except for naps, such as subdividing the group, individual attention to a dog or is it all free play and following the treat lady around.
