My fury child loves being there. The employees are amazing and he loves them. He never wants to leave when it’s time and wants to jump out the window when we arrive. They provide attention and love to him. The employees treat you as a friend. They welcome you with smiles and helpful manner. It is Jake’s second home. I trust them 100% with my pride and joy.

The staff is excellent. The groomers are the best!
What’s NOT to love? The people are fantastic. They are sweet, joyful, happy to be at work and tender with the animals. They maintain a professional demeanor and respect towards their clients and their pets. My pup never shows dread upon entering the facility and is calm and content when I pick him up in the afternoons.

Flexibility, price, and attentiveness of the staff
Staff always friendly and welcoming. Maggie always comes out happy when I picker her up. She goes there for both grooming and boarding.
We love the groomer that grooms Jessie but $85 dollars is out of the ballpark for us.
Wilma handles the front area like an orchestra conductor! She remembers pets names, greets people, calls internally to request service leads and answers the phone, all at the same time! The grooming service is very good and we are going to set monthly appointments due to our comfort with the staff and services.
