Everyone is extremely friendly, patient, and informative!
The staff was extremely attentive to the pups and informative. I felt good leaving my pup for the day. She was scared but with more visits she will come out of her shell.
The fact that you guys are so transparent with your care of the dogs is commendable! Being able to see the dogs are supervised is great!

I would love to see the consistency that other locations offer. Picking up, dropping off, making appointments, and information given has been spotty at RH.
