Spacing and outside space would be nice

The staff was friendly and my dog seemed happy there during the initial visit. I do not like that the facility is completely indoors. I do not want a dog being boarded to never have time outside. Otherwise I think its a great place.

Staff is very friendly and I love that when I come to pick him up the staff continues to work on him not jumping on the door as this is something I am trying to work on with him at home. My dog is happy as can be as soon as he sees that orange leash come out and when we pull up to the door, he bolts out and can’t get inside quick enough! I love how much he enjoys going there and if I could afford it would send him more than I do. Cannot say enough good things about the Rock Hill location and feel comfort knowing he is in good hands and don’t even need the camera to check on him because I know he is happy as can be!
