I haven’t used the service yet except for the assessment but I was very impressed with the information and the process. I’ve scheduled an overnight stay for Thanksgiving weekend!!
It’s always been all about the staff for us! We were initially referred by a friend and then our Nora met Katherine and found a bff. We love DogTopia!
Everyone is very friendly, and my doggie Ted loved it there!
Staff are so kind and friendly, and clearly care for all the dogs. It is easy to reach someone with questions, and I love the monthly themes!

Great place, they really care about the pets. I love that they’re well staffed, and keep things clean and safe. The cost for sleeping are a great addition.
My only wishes for improvement are
1. That there were grooming options (or that they are better advertised) as my buddy comes home quite stinky.
2. That the cameras were 24/7. We all know the dogs go in the crates, but some of us hover pet parents just want to see our best friends more.
Your facility is a great place for Hannah when she can’t be home with us. It is a clean, the staff is always friendly, and we appreciate being able to open the app and see her playing. Most important she always seems happy both when arriving and happy to be home after a long day of play.
