Like that the Dogtopia staff is pleasant and don’t notice a frequent turnover in staff. Very important for our dog June to be familiar with her caregivers!!

Dogtopia of Rocklin always takes care of our fur babies as if they were their own.
At no point during the booking of the mandatory meet and greet was I told there would be a fee for the evaluation. Yes, I then get a “free” day of daycare, but since I paid $40 for the Eval it’s not actually free. Also, the scheduling process was frustrating. I had vaccination appointments but was not allowed to schedule the Eval until after all vaccines were done, and then it was a several week wait for meet & greet availability. We really needed daycare on several occasions during this wait time. We wasted almost 2 months when we could have used daycare.
