All the employees are very friendly and have a good attitude with me and my dog Scout
Overall the staff friendliness and how they attend and care for our pets. They keep you informed of the status of your pet and if there is anything wrong or concern. That fact that you can view your pet daily to see how they are doing at the daycare. I like that they will work for you if you run into an issue with picking up your pet.

The staff are so friendly and helpful to my calls and concerns. Its a pleasure knowing I can see my dog on the cameras while at the location. They even have downtime for the dogs. Ive been going to Round Rock Dogtogia since 2019. I highly recommend this place of business for anyones dog along with the spa and boarding they offer.
Ease of drop off/ pick up and my dog loves it there!
I love that my dogs are not crated all day and night. They are free to roam and only crated during staff lunch time. I know both of them enjoy going, because of their reaction when I pull I to the parking lot. Once out of the car, they pull me into the building, because they can’t wait to go play.
