I had emailed my dog’s vaccine record ahead of our reservation for boarding and it hadn’t been updated in the system, so the front desk rep was still asking for it the day of boarding. This made the check in process longer than it needed to be.

Dogtopia is fantastic! They make sure that all pets are up to date on vaccines before being allowed to stay. They have a webcam to where you can watch your fur baby all day. It was nice to hear that you could be “that” parent and call in about your pet if you are worried.
The staff is very friendly and attentive to both me and my dog.
