Everything! The staff is amazing! I like y’all having a spa —just wish our dog wasn’t such a problem in getting her nails clipped. 🤣😳
My dog is well cared for, your staff notices if there are any changes in dog behavior and works to improve the dogs environment. My dog is very happy when we drop her off.

Everyone is very friendly and answers questions. The location is great (for me.) I love the window where I am able to peek on my dog before she knows I’m there to pick her up. I appreciate having her bathed when I’ve been gone a week and being able to have her toenails clipped.
We love you guys so much! The staff cares about our baby just as much as we do! They are always so kind and accommodating of our cute bundle of energy.

I think pricing is a bit high. I also was not happy that a free service earned was suddenly being charged without telling me (free wash after 4 nights).
