The general staff is lovely and clearly care for the dogs. Email responsiveness and communication is terrible from management. The 2-3 times I’ve had a question or inquiry I received no response at all.

The staff are wonderful and the play areas are well supervised. I like that I can see what my pet is up to on camera and that each pet gets some personal attention from the staff while in that room. Rooms are kept clean.
