Staff is super friendly and welcoming; our dogs are so happy and excited to go see and play with their new fur friends every day along with seeing their new human friends.

Leia, our Aussie doodle loves going to Dogtopia. She loves visiting with all the pups and we love that she is in a safe controlled environment. Leia gets way more exercise than we can provide. The staff is wonderful and Leia loves each and ever one. She bolts out of the car and into the facility without a backward glance. Greets the person at reception and then prances away to meet her friends. Thank you to everyone at the Royal Windsor daycare. You do an amazing job

Personable professional and dog centric

Upon our trial the staff is very nice and knowledgeable. They have everything figured out with how to manage different doggy personalities. They seem to genuinely love the dogs. The adult dogs do seem a bit bored so we would add a dog walk to any future stays of any length.

Very pleasane staff,, informative and quite helpful. My boys looked to feel right at home after a bit of time in the environment.

Good location. Staff is friendly and they appear to have the same expectations as we do for our dog’s behaviour (listening, waiting to go through doors, not pulling on leash during hand offs)
