I was so happy with the stag. I love that there is a spa available and so many activities to keep my puppy entertained. He loves all dogs and has been having the time of his life. Even though we went to the Burlington location because it was closer to home. I would highly recommend the Royal Windsor one as well. Thank you

Convenience

I like that you know Cyrus by name when I bring him in. He’s shy and doesn’t play much, but when I look on the cameras I can see the trainers in the room making sure to go and spend time with him and give him attention.

My dog loves it there. The staff are friendly and appear to genuinely enjoy being with Julia and the other dogs. The process at the front desk to drop off and pick up is efficient, as is the billing process.

I was worried about how much one male dog wanted to mount my dog. She does not like it and spent a lot of time running away from him. It was not spotted by the attendant. Otherwise it was fine.
