Dogs are well cared for, staff genuinely enjoys working with them

The lack of outdoor space is our only concern which I fully understand is hard !

The staff are friendly ; and clearly love dogs!
Just a question trying to get approved to get the connection to see my dogs while at dogtopia; sent a request on Friday. Haven’t heard anything yet.

Don’t crate dogs unnecessarily & for long periods of time.

At Dogtopia the staff are like family and they treat our fur babies like their own.
As soon as I mention to Coco are you ready for school, she is at the door waiting for me to open the door, she jumps in the car and is anxiously waiting for us to arrive.
When we do, she cries from excitement and can’t wait for me to open the door and let her in.
The staff are all amazing. They are cheerful, friendly and I know that she is having a great day.
I also know that I can open the app and see what she’s up to (playing ball or just resting).
When I pick her up, her tail is wagging and she’s so happy to see me.
Coco and I love Dogtopia!

I work from home and it would be very difficult to do this with my energetic Lab. I appreciate your hours and location close to the GO train for the days I need to work downtown.

Everyone is so friendly and personable! The hours are great and the care is amazing.

I would like to have a few more visits..

Also, would like more options for daycare visits… like a monthly – as weekly is too much at the moment.

Caring friendly responsible staff takes great care of our Thaddy!
