Ease of booking

Brittney instantly made me feel comfortable. I was in a bind and needed boarding for the upcoming long weekend. She quickly made arrangements for the meet and greet. She put me at ease when I brought Scorpio the next day as did the other employee who took Scorpio inside for his assessment. I loved receiving the report card and first day picture. I also liked that I could see him on the webcam decreasing my anxiety.

I didn’t end up not needing the boarding so didn’t do the 2 daycare requirements but I will definitely bring Scorpio back for daycare and future boarding.

Looks clean and organized….staff was kind

Our dog was very happy and enjoyed his day at Dogtopia.

My dog has fun and everyone is very friendly.

Staff were friendly , knowledgeable and really enjoy being around dogs. Made the meet and greet comfortable for me and my dog.

My dog Maddie is always so excited to go so I know she must be having the time of her life playing with friends! I love the special days and the flexibility!

Let newcomers know that the meet and greet has the option to stay for the day. If I had known I would have brought the food. Plus, there should have been a report card and picture for the meet and greet day and I didn’t receive this. I felt like I shouldn’t have even asked.

Ginni had a great time on Friday. The staff at Royal Windsor is very friendly.

My dog Merlin gets very excited when we pull into the parking lot at Dogtopia Royal Windsor. He can’t wait to see the friendly staff and all the other dogs in the playroom, so I feel very comfortable leaving him there for the day. He’s always wiped out on the drive home from a day at doggy daycare. I also love the convenience of having boarding and grooming services available.
