I like your staff and how they treat and greet my dog and me when I walk in.
This is a very clean and well-maintained facility. The staff are very friendly. The dogs are primarily housed in a room with weight matched animals. The rooms are large and have a lot of dogs in each room. It would be ideal if there was a transition room for dogs who may need to be with fewer dogs starting off for an undefined amount of time to gain their confidence before being in such a large room with so many other animals.
Customer service at the Davis facility is outstanding. All the trainers-coaches (and the owner) realize how important it is to treat their customers (and their doggies) with kindness and respect. That level of customer service is basically non-existent in our society nowadays, and it is really remarkable that the Davis facility not only prioritizes customers, but that they are genuine about giving great service.
