The care and concern for my dog and me was evident the moment I walked in! Friendly staff greeted us and explained how the Meet and Greet was going to work. My dog went off to be evaluated and I was shown the rest of the facility. I learned a lot about dog behaviors and how the staff can sense what a dog needs in the moment such as a rest in crate or reassurance from a human.
Very friendly and caring! I like that you know every detail about my dog and if you notice something needs to be corrected, you won’t hesitate finding solutions for it. Plus my dog loves everyone there that itself is everything!

Everyone was very friendly and pleasant, and efficient. The staff was well organized and explained everything that was going to be happening, and gave feedback on the things that had already happened. I was pleased at how professional and caring the staff were. Before I came I was concerned that my dog might have aggression issues and I wasn’t sure how the staff would handle it. As it turned out, the staff was so great and the dog had no issues, so it couldn’t have been a better meet and greet from my point of view.
The owner and staff truly care about my dog. They work with her on basic training and pay attention to the little things. For example, there is a puppy teething right now and, even though no one got hurt, they let the owner of the other dog know that a puppy lost a tooth so they might find a little blood in their dog. My puppy licked at her paws a bit one day and they were aware and informed me. They are all so sweet and genuinely excited to see my dog everytime she goes in.

Attention paid to each dog is great in these smaller day care groups than other places. My dog seems happy and tired at the end of her days. Good communication with paw-rents.
