Everything!!
I loved the space and staff, and my dog was worn out afterwards (which is good!).
Daycare looks really fun for my dogs and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
We are very early in our experience with Dogtopia. The things we have been impressed by is the staff; their friendliness and professionalism. The facilities themselves are beautiful, well organized, clean, and odor-free. We love that we can watch our dog on the webcam, as well as watch the other dogs, and the coaches. We really like the way the staff interacts with the dogs and the techniques used to train and maintain a safe environment for everyone. We loved the way the evaluation was conducted to ensure the safety of our dog and each dog that was introduced to ours. The coach that has been with our dog and the coach that evaluated our dog have both seemed so calm and patient. The manner in which Dogtopia is run seems very well organized. There seems to be a sense of control and seriousness so that safety for all is maintained. We are so far very impressed.
Just had meet and greet and left my dog for 40 minutes in the play group. I liked your evaluation process, the receptionist (Becca), handler and the manager (Eugene). I liked how clean and organized the facility is. I do plan on bringing my dog back probably on the one day a week play group plan.
Our dog has been anxious and stressed at other daycare/boarding facilities, but there is a distinct difference with her demeanor when we go to Dogtopia in Davis. She is so excited to go to daycare every time and appears to be so comfortable from the moment she walks through the entrance, wanting to say hi to everyone and pulling to go to the play area in the back. The staff is also very kind and personable, and it is clear that they pay attention to each individual dog’s behaviors and preferences. We’re so happy we found this lovely spot for our dog!
