Convenience and friendly staff
The staff were very pleasant and seemed to want to be there, which is refreshing! I like that there is an evaluation process and that there is at least one person in the room supervising the pups. I really like that there is an enforced break time mid-day for them to just relax.
Staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and tidy. I appreciate the video feed, but wish that it was also streaming on Sundays since we usually have our dog boarding over the weekend.

The process of interviewing each dog, making sure that the dog will be comfortable and ready to be part of this type of environment is great. They have a protocol of health and safety for the dogs. Vaccination updates and reminders are sent on a timely basis. I love that they give us report cards, comments and feedback on how your fur-baby is doing. The video Webcam is a plus and addicting to watch all the pups, especially yours at play!
