Really good customer service
I like that the dogs are not just put into wire crates for the duration of their stay and I like that they have other dogs that can get out and interact with. There is an indoor area and an outdoor area as well so some variety for them, especially for longer stays

The staff was so helpful talking with me and easing my anxiety with me leaving my fur babies for the first time. In love being able to access the doggy cam to watch our animals from time to time. This was the selling point for me. I really like how the staff kept in communication, calling to make sure my dogs vaccines were updated, confirming our overnight stays and giving an update in a phone call while i was out of town. Great job! Great employees easing this momma fears.
I love dropping my dog off for play at Dogtopia… the business is always clean and the staff is very friendly and organized… plus they have half day rates, which is always a good option.
