Very friendly to both humans and our fur babies. My dog is a high energy dog that can be a challenge at times. All the people there show him patience and kindness. My requests are handled quickly. The pick up and drop off is smooth and timely.

Everyone was so good with my dog who has anxiety. I was really impressed how quickly she was in the play room with the other dogs. She was so afraid that she did not want to get out of the car. I carried her half way to the door. The turn around was amazing. I told her trainer how she did and she was also very proud of her.
