Your staff is wonderful! Friendly and caring. They know me and my dog and always make us feel welcome. They make me feel like my dog is their favorite. They do lots of fun activities and always ask permission for my dog to participate.

The small dog area is too small. There are often only two dogs in one of the larger dog areas when that could be used for the small dog area that is often overrun. And then because the space is too small they crate the dogs for “behavioral” issues bc obviously dogs are going to be more agitated in a small crowded space. Holladay location would switch the dogs to a new room if there were more small dogs than large ones.

Convenient location, friendly staff, viewing cameras

My dog absolutely adores Dogtopia, she is safe in the rooms, socializing with people and dogs, and getting her energy out in a healthy way! She knows the word “daycare” and gets so excited every time I say it. It’s nice knowing she’s having fun and not just sitting in her crate alone all day while I am working.

We used the curbside feature on your app and actually had to call after waiting over 10 minutes for our puppy to be brought out.

I was very pleased with my meet and greet experience, the staff is very knowledgeable and kind. The facility is clean and welcoming.
