Business Development Lead
Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services has an immediate opening for an energetic, organized, business-minded individual to lead our sales effort. This is a role for someone with a proven ability to create and manage multiple lead generation efforts and close a sale – passes and memberships.

THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PPRM IS TO GROW THE NUMBER OF DOGS IN DAYCARE
- Fully understand the daycare and boarding model
- Fully understand and be able to effectively explain the benefits of our services
- Sell passes and memberships to new pet parents
- Plan and manage the Social Media campaign(s) for the Center
- Determine and effectively manage the digital spend for the Center
- Establish and manage the guerilla marketing effort for the Center
- Implement and manage the Guerilla Marketing Campaign
- Identify and organize marketing events
- Manage the referral program
- Convert generated leads to a Meet and Greet at the Center
- Convert the Meet & Greets to a pass or membership sale
- Conduct the 11 Stop Tour to prospective pet parents at the Meet & Greet
- Manage the communications between prospective leads and the Center
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status report
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven work experience in sales
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
