Very friendly and professional staff who genuinely care about my dog. I feel that he is always in a safe loving environment at this location. Plus, he gets so excited to visit every time. Absolutely love the webcam feature so I can check in at my convenience, and really appreciate the reports/updates each day when I pick him up. Couldn’t be happier and cannot recommend Dogtopia Midvale enough.

Had to take a break from November – June (following vet recommendations regarding timing to get him neutered), and I tried a few other facilities during the gap. All of them provided worse customer service, did not take care of my dog as well, and was not a comfortable experience.

I just love everything about you guys. You always make Poppy and I feel special when we walk through the door.
